Our law firm was reorganized in 2016 by separating from the law firm “Business Legal Advisors".
Founded in 2010, “Business Legal Advisors” has provided legal services to more than 20 joint ventures manufacturing large construction products and household appliances in the country.
Since 2016, we have been providing legal assistance in recruiting Turkish experts and investors to carry out development and investment projects
Our legal services were provided during the implementation of such projects as Tashkent City, Olmazor Business City, Alfraganus, Seoul Mun, as well as other major investment projects involving Uzbek-Turkish investors.
We have prepared proposals for the Cabinet of Ministers' normative legal acts in areas of construction, taxation and real estate.
2010
- A Law Firm was founded
- The Law Firm employed 4 attorneys, 2 assistant attorneys and 2 attorney interns.
- Legal assistance was provided to a business entity engaged in the production and sale of aluminum profiles and household appliances.
2016
- In 2016, the Law Firm was reorganized in the form of a separation.
- The Law Firm employed 5 attorneys, 4 assistant attorneys and 2 attorney interns.
- Conducted legal work related to large production projects and import-export relations.
2020
- The Law Firm employed 6 attorneys, 6 assistant attorneys and 5 attorney interns.
- Legal assistance was provided in the implementation of large-scale joint projects of Uzbek-Turkish entrepreneurs.
- Legal support was provided for such projects as Tashkent city, Olmazor Business City and 6 other large construction projects.
- A legal examination of 5897 contracts has been carried out.
- 17 major import contracts were drafted and provided with a legal opinion. These contracts were not contested by the parties.
- Legal assistance was provided for the implementation of 3 investment projects with the participation of the state and investors.
- Legal assistance was provided during the commissioning of 13 apartment buildings.
- Legal assistance was provided in the transfer of 18 construction projects to the state acceptance committee in the interests of the contractor.
- Legal assistance was provided in the preparation of the necessary documents in the interests of the seller for the notarization of 1,526 real estate sale agreements.
2021
- The Law Firm employed 8 attorneys, 8 assistant attorneys and 3 attorney interns.
- Legal support was provided for Alfraganus, Manzara and 11 other large construction projects.
- Legal assistance was provided for the implementation of 4 investment projects with the participation of the state and investors.
- 19 major import contracts were drafted and provided with a legal opinion. These contracts were not contested by the parties.
- A legal examination of 10,544 contracts was carried out.
- Legal assistance was provided during the commissioning of 24 apartment buildings.
- Legal assistance was provided in the preparation of the necessary documents in the interests of the seller during the notarization of 2,567 real estate purchase agreements.
- Legal assistance was provided in the transfer of 23 construction projects to the state acceptance committee in the interests of the contractor.
- Attorneys took part in 184 construction-related lawsuits. The plaintiff's interests were represented in 150 of them, and the defendant's interests were in 34 of them.
- The register of professional mediators includes six of the law firm's employees. Through mediation, 48 disputes were settled.
- Took part in three tax audits on behalf of an economic entity, providing the taxpayer with arguments based on the findings.
- 18 major loan agreements were concluded between commercial banks and business entities.
2022
- The Law Firm employed 9 attorneys, 9 assistant attorneys and 1 attorney intern.
- Legal support was provided for Seoul Mun, Choshtepa and 18 other large construction projects.
- Legal assistance was provided for the implementation of 3 investment projects with the participation of the state and investors.
- 23 drafts of major import contracts were prepared and legal opinions were provided. The parties did not dispute these contracts.
- A legal examination of 13,030 contracts was carried out.
- Provided legal assistance in preparing the necessary documents in the interests of the seller with notarized and written confirmation of 3,139 real estate purchase and sale agreements.
- Attorneys took part in 248 construction-related lawsuits. The plaintiff's interests were represented in 137 of them, and the defendant's interests were in 111 of them.
- Out of 111 cases considered in the interests of the defendant, 15 claims were rejected completely, 27 claims were left without consideration, 22 claims were returned, and the total amount of claims in 47 cases was lowered by a total of 19.1 billion.
- Participated in 5 tax audits in the interests of a business entity, on the basis of which arguments were presented to the taxpayer.
- 11 major loan agreements were concluded between commercial banks and business entities.
2023
- 11 attorneys, 6 assistant attorneys and 3 attorney interns work for the Law Firm.
- Legal support is provided to Alfraganus Residence, Yuz Chinor and 7 other large construction projects.
- Drafts of 28 major import contracts were prepared and legal opinions were issued. The parties did not dispute these contracts.
- Legal examination of 7,066 contracts was carried out.
- Provided legal assistance in preparing the necessary documents in the interests of the seller during notarization of 1,895 real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Attorneys participated in 529 construction-related lawsuits. The plaintiff's interests were represented in 140 cases, while the defendant's interests were represented in 389.
- 32 disputes were successfully resolved via mediation by our professional mediators.
- Participated in a tax audit in the interests of a business entity, on the basis of which arguments were presented to the taxpayer.
- 15 major loan agreements were concluded between commercial banks and business entities.
- By the end of the year we plan to:
– Open “Huquqshunos” school - a tutoring course for preparing applicants in the field of jurisprudence;
–Organize training courses - “Tax control” - on the rights and obligations of the parties and procedures during tax audits of business entities
